Striker Emmanuel Adebayor’s January loan switch to Juventus is fainting after the Serie A giants are reportedly lining up a swoop for Arsenal’s Nicklas Bendtner.
Adebayor has been agitating to leave the Eastlands for lack of playing time but was told last week by manager Roberto Mancini to forget about the move and concentrate on playing for the club.
This seems to have prompted the Turin-based side to re-access their options for the January transfer window.
With City inconsistent on the deal, Juventus are believed to have made a £12 million January move for the Danish international who is not happy at the Emirates Stadium.
But some reports also have it that City Byhave agreed to allow Adebayor to join the Italian giants on loan in January with a view to an £18 million permanent switch next summer.
