West Ham in shock move for Nigeria's Yobo

Yobo to seal Hammers move before joining Super Eagles camp

West Ham is on the verge of securing Nigeria defender Joseph Yobo on a six-month loan deal.

If confirmed, the 29 year old will join up with fellow Super eagles teammate Victor Obinna Nsofor who also arrived at Upton Park last week on loan from Inter Milan.

Yobo has made no secrets of his desire to quit Everton after falling down the perking order at Goodision Park with a series of injuries.

He will undergo a medical on Tueday, agree personal terms and sign the loan deal before the transfer dealine closes later in the day.

He will then join up his teammates at national level as the Super Eagles prepare to take on Madagascar in the 2012 Nationa Cup qualifier on September 5.
