Cameroon midfielder Geremi is seeking a new club after his proposed new deal with Turkish club Ankaragucu failed to materialise.
The 31-year-old joined the Turkish side in January after leaving English club Newcastle United.
But with an option for a one year extension, Ankaracugu reduced his wages which resulted in his decision to leave the club.
“I signed a pre-contract in Turkey but we could not reach an agreement on the terms of contract. Suddenly, I’m free,” Geremi said.
“All doors are open. I want to play in a league in a competitive and ambitious club.”
Some French clubs including Lens are reported to be keen on the utility player who featured for his country at the World Cup in June.
